What I did for Duke Energy's Employee Portal:
- Managed a intra-departmental project team for a 9-month user experience study (survey analysis, focus groups, user testing and prototyping) and portal implementation, increasing ease of use and reducing information overload
- Developed best practices (writing, interface design, community design) and user-centered methodology for portal development
- Developed custom gadget solutions and various portal communities
